We have appropriate security measures in place to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost or used or accessed in an unauthorised way.

b) we limit access to your personal information to those who have a genuine business need to know it
c) we have password-protected systems
d) we maintain anti-virus software
e) we use a third-party (GoDaddy) to host our Website in the United Kingdom
f) we use a third-party (GoDaddy) to maintain the security and performance of our Website
g) all processing with the exception of emails are processed through Microsoft Office 365. Emails are processed through Microsoft Outlook and G-suite.
8. How long we retain data
8.1. We only retain Data for as long as it is required for its original or related purpose.
8.2. We also seek to keep only the minimum amount of Data required to fulfil the purpose. In the course of our services for example:
a) personal data provided for the provision of our Services as part of our contract will be retained for up to 7 years, at the end of which period it will be deleted from our systems.
b) personal data provided other than for our Services shall be retained for 1 year from the date on which it was provided after which time it shall be deleted.
Notwithstanding the above, we may retain your personal data where such retention is necessary for compliance with our legal obligations.
